Describe the bug Having Wireguard configured to start on boot messes with WAN via PPPOE being able to connect, on Opnsense it just shows no ip for the WAN interface while on my isp's side it looks like it's connecting for a second and disconnecting. Toggling 'Enable Wireguard' makes it instantly connect and maintain the connection properly To Reproduce

1.Set up Wireguard and PPPOE WAN 2.Reboot OPNsense 3.Notice how it doesn't connect to WAN 4.Toggle Wireguard on it's settings page 5.Notice successful connection to WAN

Expected behavior

It should connect to WAN without issues regardless of Wireguard existing or not Environment

Software version used and hardware type if relevant, e.g.:

OPNsense 23.7.10_1-amd64 (been happening for some time, I don't know exactly when it started). VM machine using Proxmox bridges
