Update system requirements for Keycloak, Nextcloud and opendesk for 16.4

Hi @wielinde and @NobodysNightmare,

I just saw that our system requirements are outdated with regard to openDesk 1.4. I updated it since OpenProject 16.4 will be shipped with openDesk 1.9. I also had a look at the other dependencies of Keycloak and Nextcloud. I suggest to first update it in our internal infrastructure. Best Niels

Hey @lindenthal ,

sorry for the late response, but I am happy to report that we are since today testing against Keycloak 26.3.3.

This change was just applied this morning, but I hope that following updates will be quicker.

edit: Specifically it means that our Keycloak used on Edge and Stage is 26.3.3. The production Keycloak is still a 26.2.x. We will also update that one soon.
