Update instructions on how to test Opera Mini

I'm trying to do some cross-browser compatibility testing on Opera Mini. I started by reading https://dev.opera.com/articles/installing-opera-mini-on-your-computer/ which provides steps for doing testing using Opera Mini locally. However, the Opera Mini version that the instructions let you download was released in 2014. Is there a more recent version of this documentation or would it be possible to update the documentation to allow downloading a more recent version of Opera Mini?

Also, please note that opera mini and javascript article says:

Go to the Opera for mobile devices download site and select the Download Opera Mini 7 link to give you a JAD installer file.

But there is no such a download available at http://m.opera.com/
