Kamailio libs now merged into core (and are no longer external): -libkamailio_ims -lib{srdb1,srdb2} -libtrie
Changed source URL to github (faster).
All test builds complete successfully now. Safe to merge.

Have you had a chance to run Kamailio after the changes? I’m currently short on time to do a runtime check myself.
Yes. Found a few more weak spots which can be improved. I'll send a new PR for those.
