The luci-app-simple-adblock package was dropped in 23.05, so you'll need to remove it to upgrade. You can replace it with one of the newer ones like luci-app-adblock or luci-app-adblock-fast.

Ok, I see you're using the LuCI ASU app. The way to do this is turn on the Advanced mode, which should be in Configuration tab. Once that's enabled, when you do "Search for firmware upgrade", it will show a big list of all the installed packages, just find the "simple-adblock" ones (there might only be the top luci-app-simple-adblock one) and click on the [-] button. Then proceed with your upgrade.

Once the upgrade is done, you can go to LuCI's Software manager and look for a replacement, do the "Update lists..." and then type "adblock" into the filter...
