Add social media icons on the navbar

We have a GitHub icon on the navbar. Adding social media icon(Facebook and twitter) beside the GitHub one will be helpful.

@geekSiddharth my first guess is: that might be too much stuff to put in the top navbar.

But, I think that social links in the footer would be cool & not obtrusive.
