If Deposit Amount < Min Collect Amount. But state alway to 'Collected'. State must be 'Skipped'

Deposit Amount < Min Collect Amount

State will be move to 'Collected', But token still not collect to Hot wallet

I think it must be 'Skipped'

I set Min Collect Amount = 1000 SWP

User deposit 500 SWP...But state has moved to 'Collected'

Same problem and some times ERC collection mark az out of gas but in tower mark az collected and no manual way to recollect from user wallet
