SMTP AND KYC

Hi I configured smtp email company using app.yml smtp: host: smtp.ionos.mx port: 587 user: [email protected] password: xxxxxx sender_email: [email protected] sender_name: Postmaster

and I execute rake service:all, mailer does not show any error, but email is not sent

I tried configure gmail smtp and the same error with yahoo the same.

[UPDATE] My server IP address was in blacklist I checked that in https://blacklistalert.org/ My issue resolved after my IP address removed from the blacklist

@MParvin My Ip is not blacklisted still I'm not getting any email.
