Option to deselect arakoon when upgrading the FWK through the GUI

When upgrading the FWK through the GUI we must have the opportunity to deselect the arakoon package when the arakoons are externally managed.

On Nuvolat I had to roll-back the arakoon package after the FWK upgrade. The newly installed arakoon version wasn't compatible with the installed ALBA version.

Suggestion Split the FWK upgrade in 2 parts. Arakoon and Open vStorage.

Just a small thought. If Arakoon would get updated with another package (like Alba), the cluster would be in a mixed setup. But this can happen with the current update flow too so not that big of an issue...

Put to roadmap since there is a workaroud.

It is an issue for alba. When the arakoons get restarted and the alba version has not the required arakoon, everything can go down.

Currently, after an upgrade, we need to rollback arakoon.
