CDR Problem - Connected Calls not show Carrier

Hello,

Web Interface in Call Detail Reports->Connected Calls menu showing nothing in Carrier field.

In database table, 2020XX_ratedcdr the fields carrier_id and carrier_name are null.

Is there a fix for this problem ?
