No ringtone in StandBy Mode on iPad

I do not hear the ringtone when device is in standby mode

@chitvan832 What do you mean by StandBy mode? Background, lock or air-plane?

@chitvan832 the latest commit changes the audio device which might impact the boosting time. If it still happens here: https://github.com/opentok/CallKit/commit/46a24378e0f4a0fb1112846c919840fdd1e7fa82, then it is a bug we need to look into.
