Sort measures alphabetically in GUI
@macumber @axelstudios maybe this is related to API improvements mentioned in issue NREL/OpenStudio#1609.
The comment on YouTube about not finding measures is more common of an issue now that we have enough measures that results often span multiple pages. Ideally If I have enough screen space I'd like to see more than 10 at a time, but if I see 10 at a time, they should be alphabetical. The original post was about the "Find Measures" dialog, but there seems to be odd sorting in the Library within the app as well, shown below.

Still true in OS 2.2.1 for the Find Measures on BCL dialog
Problem: Users cannot find measures quickly/easily
