product filter issue with category module on same page

if you have a page with category module and filter module. then in settings select some filter groups but not all.

now go to the page and all is just fine.

select (sub) some cateogory then another all is still fine.

now click on the page in the dnn menu (or change the url to main page) ..

suddenly ALL filter groups are activated and not only the ones selected in module settings.
