Minicart sometimes shows shipping costs, and sometimes it doesn't

I noticed when you click on the button to 'delete' the complete cart it works fine. However, when I simply remove all the products from my cart it is possible to still see an amount in the minicart. This is because when there were items in my cart, I went to step 3 or 4 in the shopping cart and it calculated some shipping costs. After removing items from the cart, the shipping costs are not re-calculated and remain in the minicart.

So this is also strange that at one point, let's say I add 1 product of 2,00 to my cart. So the minicart displays 2,00. However after calculating the shipping costs it shows a different amount, which can cause confusion, and give a not very trustworthy impression...

So I think the minicart should NEVER show any shipping costs, this should only be dealt with in one of the final steps...
