More devices's information was added to devices-latest.json and mapping.js was changed.

Sorry we can't accept this patch like it is, your editor/program seems to have removed all multibyte characters, but they're necessary. Please fix that issue.

I already changed latest-devices.json encoding from ANSI to UTF-8. Thanks for the reminder.
