OpenStack.NET SDK does not support Universal Windows Platform (UWP).

The newest programming model from Microsoft allows a single development effort to span multiple targets -- Windows Apps, Mobile, etc.

As it currently stands, this SDK does not support UWP.

A lot of this is driven by our dependencies, which we are in the process of migrating from during the 1.5.x release. I think this should be a high priority post v2.0 release.
