Your Must have a default gateway and IP addresses `wmic` issue is very rare. If that is the problem try https://openspeedtest.com/downloads/OpenSpeedTest-Server%202.1.8-PowerShell.exe

You have two options: upload the speedtest files to a subdirectory or use proxy pass.
