Yes. In the model item on search suggestions you can do it

The issue that you are going to fight is that the characters forming the html tag are escaped. You'll need to make the changes needed to disable the escaping mechanism. It's a pain, but it's there to make it harder for hackers to inject bad stuff into your system.

@nira168 Another issue you might be facing is that searching the items will be slower than usual.

Thank you @nukerj . Hello @andiux1990. Since i have little knowledge in Javascipt, your help will be great for me. I need it for my system because i frequently selected wrong item in sale register. Therefore, if search suggestion can show item image, it will be a better option. Would you mind share me your code here how to show image in search suggestion or send it to my email: [email protected]. I am really appreciated your help.

Gracias@nukerj. Hola @andiux1990. Realmente aprecio tu ayuda.

Hello. I"ll write you by email

@nukerj @andriux1990 @nira168 You will benefit much more from submitting a pull request with these changes to the repository. This way, you won't need to merge your code if you want to upgrade to future versions of OSPOS. If you do decide to do this, please create a branch of ci4-branch, not master, since your code will change significantly with CI4.
