OpenJPEG error: Tile part length size inconsistent with stream length

Context

I tried to display the svs file in the browser by executing deepzoom_server.py. Most of the svs files look fine, but the following error occurred with certain svs files. OpenJPEG error: Tile part length size inconsistent with stream length It doesn't happen in all svs files, so I want to know how to solve it.
