[OSD-22074] Bug Fix for osdctl alerts silence add fails to run pod

Working fine on stage cluster, please have a look and try to run on prod, if still reproducible should be some issue with pod

$osdctl alert silence add 2axxxxx --alertname Watchdog --duration 1d

Alert Watchdog has been silenced with id "9a1e660c-817f-4e72-a158-3d2780ee66ca " for duration of 1d by user "mixxxx_rh_sre_xxxx"

$ osdctl alert silence list 2axxxx
