[FEATURE] PPL GeoIP Support

Is your feature request related to a problem? Users want to harness OpenSearch's GeoIP database to enrich their dataset and understand where events are coming in from. For example, understand if a someone attempted to login with a user's credentials in one country one minute and another country the next.

What solution would you like? Allow a customer to execute a query and enrich the results with data from the GeoIP database. The functionality should support both IP address data stored in OpenSearch Service as well as data stored in external data sources.

What alternatives have you considered? None
