[FEATURE] PPL IF Statement

Is your feature request related to a problem? When users are dealing with external data sources they often encounter data which has unexpected values such as null or empty fields which requires special handling.

What solution would you like? Providing IF statement support will allow customers to sift through incomplete datasets and avoid error scenarios.
