Supervision initialization on subscription is broken
As a user of OpenSCD I expect it to create a supervision logical node on a new subscription so long the subscriber IED allows to do so. It is not working for me with a file where it should.

The image below shows the SCL file after trying to create a supervision logical node on a new subscription with IED: AA1E1Q02SCUCBSW. As it is shown below, nothing added to the SCL file.

Needs futher investigation. Is this related to SMV?
@danyill recommend to use his new plug-in for this https://github.com/danyill/oscd-subscriber-later-binding . This requires the new core into OpenSCD.
Does this plugin solves this issue ? If not, how important is it ?
