Support mapping FCDOs in datasets

Some IEDs only support FCDOs rather than FCDAs and OpenSCD should support both options.

Be able to add Data Objects to a dataset, in a similar manner to the way data attributes are added:

The interface could be identical to the existing.

Requirements

Be able to add data objects and specify the functional constraint.

Suggestions for a specific user interaction

Either in the Publisher plugin or in the Dataset "More" menu beneath "Add Data Attributes" have an option to "Add Data Objects" with a similar interface.

Perhaps the last column could be the functional constraint? Something like:

Absolutely right on that. Clearly a missing feature, especially for ReportControl element. Here FCD are more common than FCDA

I suggest to add a column to filter by FC option. Similar to @danyill marked in the ss.

Hi, I strongly support this feature to be implemented as a higher priority. As Jakob mentioned, crucially for the Report Control, not required maybe for GOOSE Control, as there are not so many IEDs supporting such.
