Maven property resolution issue when using "parent.version"

Reported by a user while applying a recipe to one of their legacy projects. The maven project runs correctly without the rewrite-maven-plugin, so there is a property resolution that is missing in rewrite's maven parser.

The design partner was able to isolate this issue to a problem in their build and was able to update their maven build to correctly work with rewrite-maven-plugin.
