Suggest closing this issue. I appreciate that it was a line-item on a grant application, but it's not directly actionable here issue tracker without more context about who these users are, the type of problems that they're hitting and whether the Markdown docs in the frontend codebase would even be read by these users.

Latitude/longitude are relatively fundamental mapping concepts, so I'm not sure it's necessarily Sharebouts' responsibility to explain what they are and how they're used.
