404 Not Found

Since the domain and API endpoints changed this library gives 404 Not found when trying to reach: "https://api.opennode.co/v1/withdrawals".

Needs to be updated to use https://api.opennode.com/v2/withdrawals. It works when manually changing that entry inside Opennode.php
