[BUG]: Passenger stays in old vehicle position after using SetVehiclePos

Description

https://streamable.com/qk9lob - Driver teleports to the other location (with car) but passenger does not. Driver still sees passenger but passenger stays in old location and doesn't sees driver.

How to re-produce this bug

I didn't found a way to reproduce it yet.
