How can MDS provide modeling level examples in the spec is self to account for 80% of policy use cases and implementations up front, with a focus on defining up front the most common use cases with MDS in Policy? If you want to do more advanced or different things with the spec, you still can for the other 20% of use cases, but that would be less of an up front presentation in the spec.
