Save statepoint file from get_microxs_flux function

Description

The get_microxs_flux function creates a statepoint file which is not saved. This makes it impossible to restart the simulation to generate fluxes and microxs. The microxs generation makes that function time consuming.

Alternatives

Save the reaction rates, flux values and their statistical error, from the temporary run to a statepoint file for restart purposes.
