Add warning in HasMultiDimensionChildren if duplicate lines are provided

HasMultiDimensionChildren allows several lines per item. There can be duplicates that mean that lines will not be taken into account.

Generally, there should be a warning when duplicate lines are given, resulting in data not taken into account.
