Adds instructions of using Typescript

It is installing typescript for all users because it was added to src/en/package.json instead of just asking the user to install it. The process was so easy it may not be worth documenting but if I got it right it may take the guesswork our of if for others as well. At one point it was not clear to me how to proceed.
