WIP: Fix broken filter on Vergaderingen

This fixes the Vergaderingen daterange filter. #3 expanded this filter but without testing its original implementation. Apparently the datamodel does not contain Begin and Einde elements, which made this filter faulty in the first place.

Didn't have time yet to provide tests, will do so later!
