Provide info about errors occurring during parsing

Parsing errors like the one added in f97f69afcc6b07ab718618e6041d23c1a2e889a5 leave the caller with no info at all about what went wrong. It would be useful to know what wasn't expected, so that the OpenID owner can tweak the page to deal with invalidities.

"Mistery failure" is the best a client application could report to users...
