Remove Google specific branding logic from ProviderPickerActivity

PR https://github.com/openid/OpenYOLO-Android/pull/94 introduces some Google specific branding into the client module as a quick fix before the Droidcon London release. This should be solved at the protocol level and ideally this provider specific branding/logic should be removed.
