Add Wallet and Key Attestation to terminology

As discussed in the comments of https://github.com/openid/OpenID4VC-HAIP/pull/312

The situation as it is now is that

  • "Wallet Attestation" is (mostly) capitalised
  • "key attestation" is (mostly) lowercase

It would be preferable to

  • Add both "Wallet Attestation" and "Key Attestation" to the terminology of this specification
  • Consistently capitalise across all specifications (OpenID4VCI and OpenID HAIP)
