It's possible cache conditionals?

First than all I would like to tell you that this is a great project, I tried so many but I can feel the difference using getCache, so congratulations and thank you very much.

This is a question about getCache; It's possible use getCache to process I'm conditionals with TV's and Settings? For example: [[[[++menu_setting:is=1:then=$chunk_here]]]] or [[[[*menu_tv:is=1:then=$chunk_here]]]]

I think ModX use the regular cache to do it but I think is not good enough. Thanks for any help!
