Add a way to have access to all old courses

Why can I haven't access to all old courses I didn't sign up for?

Being declared as a staff user could be the reason why you can see all courses even those to which you didn't subscribe. Is it answering your question?

Hum... no. You just confirm that I have understood. I don't no if this repo is the good place to talk about the rules of https://www.fun-mooc.fr.

So my question is "Why only staff user can see all courses even those which didn't subscribe and not normal user on the website fun-mooc.fr?".
