[edxapp:memcache] live probe does not restart the pod

Expected behavior/code

When the memcache process ends, the sidecar container health checks should fail and the pod must restart.

Actual Behavior

We've recently experienced a memcache failure without pod restart.

Environment

• Arnold version: 4.7.0

Idea : try to add -w option to nc command in the sidecar container.
