install_dependencies fails; Unable to locate package xorgproto , on newer Debian (Trixie/13)

Steps to reproduce:

1. run install_dependencies.sh as instructed by build notes

Observe error: script fails to complete with apt install reporting xorgproto not able to be found in repo.
