macOS - RtAudio issue when using latest libs

Only happens with XCode and using install_latest_libs.sh using install_libs.sh seems to fix the issue

Ah probably due to the change of format to xcframeworks, need that macOS PR merged once we got the xcframeworks all sorted.

I think I figured out this god damn actions artifacts now, should be working
