Preposition matching code seems unimplemented

The part of the verb matching code that seems to be for matching prepositions is not implemented. (code) The preposition matching code that's in the current version is for the Petrarch1-style dictionaries. In contrast, Petrarch2 has a fully developed function for finding prepositions. (code where implemented, code where called on verb phrases)
