MQTT default password is encrypted during an Archive Export but not decrypted on Import resulting in error

The default operand withing the MQTT section is:

• mqtt_passwd = emonpimqtt2016 and this needs to be re-written after an Archive Import, a full reboot is required to ensure reliable message acceptance from devices .

Error received before the NQTT password was reset to default:

• WARNING MQTT Connection refused - not authorised
