Cannot install DevShop

Open aDarkling opened this issue 2 years ago • 3 comments

The instructions on https://docs.opendevshop.com/install-and-upgrade/installing-devshop and https://github.com/opendevshop/documentation/blob/component/docs/install-and-upgrade/installing-devshop.md
just downloads an install.sh that contains "install/install.sh". There is no such file.

The instructions on https://github.com/opendevshop/devshop/tree/1.x/install are also broken:

There is no https://get.devshop.tech There is no https://test.devshop.tech

Yeah, that was dumb of me to use vanity domains.

And my documentation is crap.

Try the install script here: https://github.com/opendevshop/devshop/blob/1.x/install/install.sh

Good luck!

The Ubuntu 20/22 PR has been merged, 1.8.0-beta2 released.

New install.sh scripts contain the version in filename for easier tracking.

See latest release for attached install-VERSION.sh
