opencv-java
java directory not found under /Cellar/opencv/share on MacOS
I tried according this guide: https://www.youtube.com/watch?app=desktop&v=68IrlXObQyE But I can't see java directory on my laptop
The docs for this are unclear and should probably be updated for brew but here's what i needed to do to see it:
-Ensure xcode command line tools are installed: xcode-select --install
-Install ant: brew install ant
-Ensure opencv is NOT installed : brew uninstall opencv
-Try brew edit opencv
* If this does not work, you must run brew tap --force homebrew/core BEFORE editing or installing
-Try brew edit again
-Run brew install --build-from-source opencv
You should now see the java directory. The main thing to keep in mind is that opencv must be uninstalled, and if you can't edit the formula, run the brew tap command.
