Remove duplicated fuzz driver fuzzUIPMap as CNCF fuzzing has contained this fuzz driver

Actually, the building is still failing due to the failed compilation of runc-dmz. I have proposed a patch here: https://github.com/cncf/cncf-fuzzing/pull/458

I wonder if there is a convenient way to help boost the building of fuzz drivers. Maybe migrate all related fuzzers into the project or set a submodule? 🤔
