isis/openconfig-isis.yang : multiple leaf for "passive"

In isis/openconfig-isis.yang, for grouping isis-interface-config, it has leaf "passive". Same is also present in grouping isis-interface-level-config.

Why are there two mappings for "passive" ? "passive" per interface per level should suffice the requirements ?

Similar is the case with authentication as well. There is per interface per level container "hello-authentication" and another one is just per interface : "authentication"

Thanks for reporting this. I agree with your assessment -- there is some discrepency in the support for passive being specified per-level across different implementations. We'll discuss this within the group and update accordingly.

I think authentication is clearer. I'll suggest this edit and we'll make this fix in an upcoming release.
