Configure SR-TE Policies with dynamic / PCC-Intiated candidate paths

Current te-policy model, read-only, shows TE-policies that are configured via PCEP, BGP and locally at the node. The configuration of a policy needs to be done via policy-fowarding oc-pf-srte extensions However, currently the model has some limitations, only a static segment list can be passsed. The proposal is to allow indicating that a candidate path is dynamically configured, either locally or via PCEP, and the set of constraints. Also, the preference should be per candidate path and not for all the policy. In adition, it would be interesting to indicate that the type of policy is sr-te policy The feature is available in several vendors.
