Document Firmware Updates Better

The documentation surrounding firmware updates is poor.

Need to pull together docs from the mailing list and commits, then update the wiki.

Added a new section to the wiki on Firmware Updates: https://opencomputeproject.github.io/onie/design-spec/firmware_update.html

I still want to have an example of building a firmware update image. Also have more of a "firmware update" tutorial or walk through.
