Moved javascripts and css into common dirs

all javascripts from modules were moved to js as subdir with module name. Similar move also for css from modules to css dir. Also root css were moved to css dir. content of css updted to include images from proper place (relative path)

This PR is defined to redice number of changes in symfony PR #256
